With LIO you have choices. You can send a check to our lockbox and we’ll make sure it gets applied quickly and accurately. You also have the option of using our payment portal where you can choose from credit cards, ACH or even Apple Pay. We understand every customer is different and thus we want to make sure we have the solution that works best for you and your business.

You need to submit a claim?

We recognize that our job is to be there for you when a claim does arise. To that end, we will have several different options available for your convenience. You can call us on our toll-free customer service number at 1-877-546-7155 and we’ll walk you through the claim process. We’ll have someone available 24 hours a day to ensure we are there for you – whenever you may need us. We’ll also have an easy-to-use online claims submission process that will also be available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Once you submit the claim, LIO will respond to you in 24 hours.
